Jungian Analysis and Intuitive Work to move towards a life whole with meaning
- work with Clay Turner, LPC, Jungian Analytic Control Candidate
Key Areas of Exploration
Jungian Analysis
with a relational focus
Jungian Analysis holds the narratives, dreams, and patterns that repeat across a persons life as an invitation for a genuine encounter with the unconscious. Our work is to process the long-standing and painful relationships in our life, both inner and outer. To accomplish this, we will use talk therapy to process life events as well as active imagination techniques such as dialoguing with the unconscious and dream interpretation. This is preferably weekly and long-term. Must be a resident of Texas.
Analysis is a process of becoming conscious - not of solving problems but of living them more fully.
- Murray Stein
For Jung, a dream is “the actual situation in the unconscious,” but it is up to you to understand how it relates to your life and yourself. Your dreams and fantasies work the same way as myths, fairy tales and narrative stories do. They’re all built on symbols and images, the language of our psyche. This work is to help you understand the narratives and symbols in your life, and what they might be trying to tell you.
The symbolic life is the life that allows the soul to live.
- Carl Jung
Dream and Symbol
Exploration
Card Reading and I Ching
Sometimes the clearest view of where you are comes from stepping outside your own thinking entirely. The I Ching and Tarot are two ancient systems for doing exactly that - not predicting your future, but illuminating your present. Think of them as mirrors that show you angles and blind spots of your situation you couldn't see from inside it.
Divination is not about predicting the future. It is about reading the pattern of the present moment completely.
- Marie Louis Von Franz
Meeting ourselves: Engage in
Jungian Analysis and Symbol Work.
Whether our lives are full of stuckness and anxiety or dramatic dreams and mythical narratives - they are all psyche’s attempts to get our attention. How do we respond to that?
As a professional counselor (LPC) and a Jungian Analytic Control Candidate through the IRSJA (Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts), I can help you find your answer to that question. We will work together to understand the unseen figures, patterns, and core meaning that underlie your experience.
This is for anyone, whether working with deep trauma, a stuck pattern they can’t seem to break or understand, or looking at symbols that attract us in the tarot or I Ching.

"Analysis... is not about getting better. It is about becoming more fully what one is."
